Refund Policy

At Feni Collections, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

*For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned. There are a few items that a store credit would not be an option for. These items are as follows : Free gifts or promotional items, items marked FINAL SALE, jewelry, worn items, items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

*All jewelry items are FINAL SALE.

*Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
